Booking

1. Can I view the room first before booking?

Yes, you can. Our viewing time is pretty flexible, please call us to arrange for viewing. Contact us @ +65 86886914

2. Ok, I am ready to book. What should I do?

Please provide your name/company name, and we will issue invoice to you. Booking is confirmed once payment is received.

3. What are the rates?

4. Will I get refund if I cancel my booking? 

Cancellation with less than 5 weeks to event – we will only refund deposit. 

5. Can I alter the dates for my booking?

Alteration should be done with no less than 5 weeks to event and alteration will subject to availability. 

6. How do I make payment for the booking?

We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer, alternatively you can make payment via credit card (+ transaction fee).

1. What time is the earliest I can start using the room?

The earliest we can do for you would be 7.30am.

2. Is there air-con after 8pm?

Yes. We have an independent air-con unit. 

3. Do you provide beverages?

Nope.

4. Can we get our own caterer? 

Yes, you can! Please let us know in advance to get approval from International Plaza MCST. Thank you 

5. I am done earlier than the agreed time, how do I do handover? 

Please help us to switch off the lights and air-con, and inform us that you are done. You may go first if you are in a hurry, we will be there shortly to do the lock up! 🙂 

6. Do you charge me for advertising on your website and Facebook?

Absolutely No!
